Lynette Pitrak has been the Teen Services Coordinator at the Downers Grove Public Library for 8 years. She is passionate about connecting with teenagers over books, music, art, and the act of creation. She also volunteers for the Chicago-based organization Open Books, which mentors students in literacy and creative writing. In her free time, Lynette loves to bike, paint, practice yoga, and go on long walks with her dogs Bernie and Farrah.
